Topic: Job Satisfaction, Autonomy, and Self-Efficacy among School Nurses in Bahrain
Dr. Fatin Hasan is a dedicated caring healthcare professional with over 21 years of experience, working effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team in Bahrain, in different systems and administrations
My dynamic, innovative, and enthusiastic personality means that I strive to continually improve my goals both professionally and personally.
This has led to the successful appointment of Bahrain’s first School Health specialty in Bahrain and Gulf for which was achievement alongside my nursing skills. The role demands public awareness within the local and expatriate community, public speaking and delegation
On a professional front I have held a key role in School Health specialty Strategic Plan (2014- 2020), in which I headed, this role helped me support the school nurse, to engage with the community in a variety of engagement projects.
My strong sense of Nurse Advocacy has now led me to have a Ph.D. in Nursing from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, Dublin. The first premiere specialty in the Gulf with a 14-year track recorded of high impact social responsibility programs.
