Topic – Blogging as a Resilience Intervention

Dennis Relojo-Howell is the managing director of Psychreg, a digital media company that focuses on psychology and wellness. His PhD research project at the

 University of Edinburgh explores the efficacy of blogging as a resilience intervention.

Aside from managing Psychreg, he also writes about mental health for various publications.

In particular, he is an advocate of the psychological benefits of blogging. This advocacy has led him to be invited to speak at events in different countries, and be featured on a number of media outlets. He has also been dubbed the world’s first blog psychologist.
